All I can say about these is YUM.
With a roasted red pepper-saffron Andalouse dipping sauce,
Served with my famous cheesy garlic grits & a refreshing salad of Black Beans,
grilled Utah corn, & local greens in a light cilantro-lime dressing.

Cute little fried baby beets perch atop a bed of buckwheat kasha with grilled butternut squash and field greens, and goat cheese from Winter Winds Farm in Victor & toasted almonds.
